YAYE! You've made your Esencial Swim purchase. We are so excited to mail out your goodies so you can get your hands on them - as soon as possible. 

As soon as your online purchase is completed and all necessary information has been verified, you will be notified of your tracking number via email.

IMPORTANT!

  • Esencial Swim is not responsible for incorrect information given so we ask you to check your address and other contact details upon check out and make sure all the information you are providing is correct. Esencial Swim is not required to refund you.
  • If you have authorized to leave your parcel unattended, Esencial Swim will not be liable if your parcel is stolen.
  • Any unclaimed and/or undelivered parcels that are returned back to Esencial Swim will be shipped back at the customers’ expense.

  • Remote | Standard | $10 or FREE over $100 | *Can take longer than 3-10 Business Days*


International

  • New Zealand | Standard | $20 or FREE over $180 | 10-20 Business Days
  • United States & United Kingdom | Standard | $30 or FREE over $200 | 21-28 Business Days

  • Rest of the World | Standard | $40 or FREE over $190 | 25-30 Business Days

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are charged once the package reaches the country of destination. Esencial Swim is not responsible for these further charges and is the responsibility of the recipient.Before purchasing your order from us we recommend that you get an estimate of any potential charges by contacting your local customs office.

  • For any parcel issues, mail redirection, or instances where the postman have tried to deliver your item and you haven’t been able to receive them please contact Sendle directly.
  • In the event where Sendle will not be able to ship the goods we will be sending your parcel via Australia Post and will be notified via email.
