It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Esencial purchase. We do advise that you please choose your swimwear carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

    • Returns are acceptable for exchange/store credit within 14 days of the shipment date.
    • The item/s were not purchased on sale (including promotional discount codes) - see below for more information on SALE items.
    • Item/s must be in their original condition including original tags, labels and hygiene sticker. 
    • Unwashed and unworn.
    • Garments must not be damaged or altered.
    • Garments must not have any stains or other products of any sort including fake tans, make up, cosmetic smells of any kind (perfumes,creams,deodorant,washing powder).
    • Return items are recommended to have tracking as Esencial Swim is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
    • Store credits can be used to repurchase a new size or style and does not expire, saving time and costs.
    • Esencial Swim is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Costs are covered by the customer.
        SALE ITEMS: All Sale items are final! No exchanges or refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty. Please read descriptions carefully. All sizing options are available HERE. If you are uncertain about which size you should be choosing, please send your measurements to info@esencialswim.com and the name of the swim piece you are interested in purchasing so we can get the right size for you. 

          Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

          While we continue to make changes to our site and keep our stock quantities up to date as soon as possible, in any event an order has been made and the item has been sold out, you will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible with the option to receive a refund or store credit.

          How do I return my item/s? 

            1. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition and abide by Esencial Swim Returns Terms and Conditions as we will not accept any items returned that are damaged in any way nor provide a refund, store credit and/or exchange. 
            2. Email info@esencialswim.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning the item. 
            3. Once we receive your response and return has been approved, we will provide you with the address to send your items along with the return form. You are responsible for return shipping costs to Esencial Swim. We recommend you send your parcel back via tracking mail as we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.  
            4. Please include your return form with your personal details and order number.
            5. Once your return requests meets the exchange criteria, we will issue the exchange/store credit and you will be notified via email with the updates.  

                    In the event of a FAULTY item

                    We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision to make sure they are in good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty: 

                      Please email info@esencialswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange an exchange, store credit or refund as soon as possible. 

                          ! Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty !

                          IMPORTANT

                          • Please note: Once your item has been reviewed, allow 5-7 business days to process the exchange/store credit.(Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays are not business days). 
                          • Returns, exchanges or store credits are within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers, 29 days for International customers.
                          • Esencial Swim will not be held accountable for any lost items returned in the post; these items must be tracked by the customer.
